Lunch With The Martin's

The whole family went out to lunch after church to start celebrating Kaylen's birthday, which is March 1st. We actually got all the kids to stand still and take a picture together.

Ainsley ate a big lunch, but an even bigger dessert. She ate a piece of cake with chocolate icing and a small bowl of vanilla ice cream. She would not and did not share one bite!!

Ainsley and Ann Elise were too cute holding hands to leave the restaurant.

Soup Supper

We had a soup supper at my parents house with some of our family. Ainsley got to play with her cousins, Brandon and Carson. The kids had a great time and played hard all night. I don't know how they have all that energy.

Ainsley has to have her napkin to keep her hands clean.

Brandon had a happy plate (he ate everything on his plate). I guess Ainsley's plate was sad when she decided she was finished eating b/c it was still pretty full of food.

Carson is learning to walk, so he was trying to keep up.

Happy Valentine's Day

Ainsley has been celebrating Valentine's Day since Friday. She was so hopped up on candy Friday night from daycare I thought we might have to put her in a detox program! Saturday her Gigi had more candy for her. Just like her Gigi, she can't eat one chocolate she has to eat the entire box. Thankfully it was a small box. Fourtunately her Mimi went the non-chocolate route, so that was all the chocolate for Saturday. We gave her a small box of chocolate too and she got candy at church Sunday! Can we say it has been a long, hyper weekend, but it was fun!!

I told Ainsley she was getting a present and I just gave her a card. She looked a little disappointed.

I told her to shut her eyes if she really wanted a present.

These Girls Can EAT!

Ainsley and Ann Elise can do some damage to some food, especially some junk food.

Another Birthday Dinner

Daniel's family went out Saturday to The Friendship House (aka Bill and Jim's) for my birthday. I took my new camera to the restaurant, but left the memory card in the computer. I could not figure out how to save the picture to my camera without the card, so I did not get any taken while eating or while I was turning red as the waitresses sang their version of "Happy Birthday" to me. Ainsley took some with me when we got home though.

Workin' 9 to 5

Daniel was working at the kitchen table the other night and Ainsley said she wanted to work too. I don't know how much help she was, but Daniel enjoyed her company.
